Level Field Hub
Founding-class terms

What you get, what we ask, and the rules.

Plain English. No fine print games. If anything here is unclear, contact us before signing up — we’d rather answer questions than handle disputes.

Section 1

The offer

The first 500 tennis athletes (or their parents/guardians) who complete signup at levelfieldhub.com/combine by 11:59 PM Central Time on August 1, 2026 receive a free Showcase tier membership to Level Field Combine, valid through June 1 of the fourth year after the athlete’s expected high school graduation. After that, the account converts automatically to the free Walk-On tier. There is no subscription fee at any point during the founding-class period.

Section 2

Eligibility

To qualify for a founding-class membership:

  1. The athlete must play tennis. The founding-class launch is tennis-only. Other sports will get their own founding-class campaigns in future launches.
  2. The athlete must be 18 or under at the time of signup. Athletes over 18 are welcome on Combine but are not eligible for founding-class — the promo is built around the high-school-graduation timeline.
  3. A parent or legal guardian must own the account. No exceptions. This applies even if the athlete is 13–17 and gets their own login within the family account.
  4. Signup must complete before the cap fills. Limited to 500 athletes total. We display the live count on /combine. If the cap fills before August 1, the campaign closes early.
  5. Signup must complete before the deadline. August 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.
  6. The $1 parental consent verification must clear. This one-time charge verifies parental consent for any athlete under 18 — a method the FTC recognizes under COPPA. Non-refundable. Not a subscription.
Section 3

What you get

A founding-class membership includes:

  • Free Showcase tier access through high school plus four years — normally $49.99/month, $599.88 per year. For a freshman athlete, this represents approximately $4,800 of free top-tier access over that window.
  • Free access to the college transfer portal feature (when and if it launches) — when Combine adds transfer portal support for college athletes, founding-class members get free access to that too. We’re not building it yet, and we have no firm timeline. See Section 7 for what happens if we never build it.
  • Founding-class badge — visible to college coaches on the athlete’s profile
  • Court IQ space access — tactical breakdowns curated by Justin Quest, 2024–2025 Texas Tennis Coach of the Year
  • Hub community access — included automatically with any paid or founding-class Combine membership
  • Priority onboarding — founding-class members get first access to new features as they roll out

Showcase features include: a full athlete profile with an AI-assisted recruiting pitch, unlimited video uploads, direct coach contact (Scout Line), Scout Line PRO, and your public player highlight page.

Section 4

What you give

  • $1 parental consent verification fee at signup. This is non-refundable. It is not a subscription. It does not apply to any future charge. It exists solely to verify that the account holder is a real adult parent/guardian — charging a card and notifying the account holder is one of the verifiable parental-consent methods the FTC recognizes under COPPA.
  • Honest information during signup — athlete age, sport, current level, and parent/guardian identity. We rely on this to keep the platform safe.
  • Feedbackduring the founding-class period. We may occasionally ask founding-class members short questions about what’s working and what’s not. Responding is optional but appreciated — your feedback shapes what we build next.
Section 5

When the membership changes

Your founding-class Showcase tier remains active through June 1 of the fourth year after your athlete’s expected high school graduation. We calculate the expected high school graduation year from the grade you enter at signup, using the standard four-year US high school timeline; the benefit then runs four more years and ends on June 1 of that final year.

Sixty days before that date, we send a notice to the parent email on file. On that June 1, the account converts automatically:

  • Athlete data stays. Profile, video uploads, contacts, message history — all preserved.
  • Showcase features turn off. The account becomes a free Walk-On tier (browse colleges, basic profile).
  • Transfer portal access stays free. When we launch the college transfer portal feature, founding-class members get free access to it — even after the founding-class benefit ends. We’ll email when that feature is live.
  • You can upgrade anytime. If your athlete wants paid recruiting tools (Scout Line, an AI-assisted profile) for transfers, gap years, or other situations not covered by the transfer portal feature, you can upgrade to any paid Combine tier at standard pricing.

If your athlete’s actual graduation timeline differs from what you entered at signup (early graduation, gap year, repeat year), email support@levelfieldhub.com and we’ll adjust.

Section 6

What can cancel a founding-class membership early

We can revoke a founding-class membership before the standard end date for:

  • Account abuse — fake profiles, harassment of coaches or other users, spam outreach, or any activity that violates our community standards
  • Multiple accounts — one founding-class membership per athlete per family. Attempting to claim multiple spots forfeits all of them.
  • Misrepresentation at signup — claiming athlete eligibility falsely (e.g., over-18 athlete claiming a founding-class spot, or a non-tennis athlete during the tennis-only window)
  • Chargeback or fraud on the $1 verification — disputing a verified $1 charge revokes the account
  • Inactivity over 12 consecutive months — we may convert long-dormant accounts to Walk-On early to free up Showcase capacity for active users. We’ll always send a reactivation notice first.

If we revoke an account, we’ll email the parent with the specific reason and an opportunity to respond. We are not in the business of taking your account away — but we have to protect the community.

Section 7

What this offer is not

So there are no surprises later:

  • Not a guarantee of a scholarship. Combine gives your athlete tools, visibility, and access to college coaches. The work — building the profile, recording video, reaching out, performing on court — is yours. We make no promises about recruiting outcomes, scholarship offers, or roster spots.
  • Not a recruiting service. We’re a platform. We don’t act as your athlete’s agent, don’t negotiate with coaches on your behalf, and don’t promise coach responses.
  • Not transferable. The founding-class membership is tied to the specific athlete in the account. You can’t give it to another family.
  • Not infinite. Free Showcase ends on June 1, four years after high school graduation. After that, the only continuing free benefit is access to the college transfer portal feature (when launched). Other paid Combine features require an upgrade.
  • Not a subscription. During the founding-class period, there are no recurring charges. The only charge is the one-time $1 parental consent verification at signup.

About the college transfer portal feature

The transfer portal benefit is contingent on us actually building the feature. Here’s what that means in plain English:

  • We plan to build it. We have no firm timeline.
  • If we build it and launch it, founding-class members get free access for life.
  • If we never build it — because of business priorities, regulatory issues, or anything else — founding-class members are not entitled to any alternative benefit or refund. The core founding-class promise is free Showcase through June 1, four years after high school graduation. That promise is already fulfilled. The transfer portal access is a bonus we plan to deliver, not a guaranteed benefit.
  • If we build a different version of the feature than what you might expect (different scope, different rules, different integrations), the same applies: free access for founding class, whatever it ends up being.

We’re being explicit about this because we’d rather under-promise on a feature we haven’t built yet than over-promise something that depends on factors outside our control.

Section 8

Cancellation

You can close the account at any time. Email support@levelfieldhub.com from the parent email on file, or use the “Close account” option in account settings. We delete the account and all profile data within 30 days of cancellation, except where required by law (e.g., transaction records for the $1 verification).

You can also archive your athlete’s profile at any time by emailing support@levelfieldhub.com. A pause keeps the profile but flags it to college coaches as not accepting offers; a full removal takes the profile and its public page down (the page redirects, and we delete the data within 30 days as above). The account owner — the parent or guardian — makes this request.

There’s no penalty for closing early. We’d love to know why if you’re willing to share.

Section 9

Geographic scope

Founding-class is open to athletes residing in the United States during the launch period. If demand from international families is high, we may open international cohorts in future founding-class campaigns. For now, the US-only constraint reflects what our coach network and college coverage actually supports.

Section 10

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms during the founding-class period to fix errors, clarify language, or respond to questions we hadn’t anticipated. If we make a material change — something that affects the value of the offer to you — we’ll email every founding-class member explaining the change and giving you the option to opt out.

Non-material clarifications (grammar fixes, plain-English improvements, formatting) we’ll make without notice.

Section 11

Disputes

If you have a problem with your founding-class membership, the fastest path to resolution is support@levelfieldhub.com. We respond within 2 business days.

For formal legal disputes, see our full Terms of Service at /terms.
