How we collect, use, protect, and share personal information — and how we handle minors and parental consent.

Summit Advisory, LLC, a limited liability company doing business as Level Field Hub (“Level Field Hub,” “LFH,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information entrusted to us.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information in connection with our website at levelfieldhub.com and its subdomains, Level Field Hub memberships and subscriptions, community platform participation, live coaching sessions, workshops, and events, and electronic communications and interactions. By accessing or using Level Field Hub, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Website visitors
- Individuals who create accounts or purchase memberships
- Members, contributors, moderators, and community participants
- Participants in live coaching sessions or virtual events
- Individuals who communicate with us electronically or in writing
This policy does not apply to information processed solely on behalf of consulting clients where the client acts as the data controller.
Eligibility
Level Field Hub is open to individuals 13 years of age and older.
No one under 13 is permitted on Level Field Combine. A person under 13 may not create or hold an account, and a parent or legal guardian may not create or manage an account on behalf of a child under 13. There is no exception for parental consent.
For any member aged 13 to 17, a parent or legal guardian must own the account and provide parental consent before the account becomes active.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 has provided us information may contact us at privacy@levelfieldhub.com.
Children and parental consent
Level Field Combine is built for youth athletes aged 13 and older, and we treat a minor’s information with extra care.
- 13+ only. No one under 13 may use Level Field Combine, and no account may be created or managed on behalf of a child under 13.
- Parent-owned accounts for minors 13–17. A minor aged 13 to 17 may use the platform only through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian. The minor receives their own login under the parent-owned account.
- Parental consent is required and verified. Before a minor's account is active, a parent or legal guardian must approve it. We email a secure approval link to the parent's or guardian's own address; they review and agree to the family-consent terms before the athlete's account becomes active. A minor cannot approve their own account. There is no charge to verify consent.
- Parents stay in control. A parent can see their athlete's activity, approves the account before any college coach can make contact, and can review or request deletion of their child's information at any time.
- Data minimization. We limit the information collected from a minor to what is needed to operate the account and the recruiting features the family chooses to use.
- Messages involving a minor receive enhanced screening, and attempts to move a conversation off-platform or exchange personal contact details are blocked.

Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Contact and account information
- Name
- Email address
- Username
- Account credentials
- Profile information
- Communication preferences
Membership and billing information
- Membership tier and subscription status
- Transaction history
- Billing information (processed securely through third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card details)
User-generated content
If you submit, upload, post, or participate within the platform, we may collect:
- Posts, comments, submissions, uploads, and related metadata
- Participation in coaching sessions, workshops, and events
- Profile information associated with submitted content
User-generated content may be visible to other members within the platform.
Technical and usage information
- IP address
- Browser type and device information
- Log data
- Website usage information collected via cookies or analytics tools
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless voluntarily provided.
How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and manage memberships and subscriptions
- Process recurring billing
- Operate and moderate the Level Field Hub community
- Review, publish, or remove submitted content
- Host and administer coaching sessions, workshops, and events
- Communicate important platform updates
- Improve platform functionality, security, and performance
- Enforce our Terms
- Conduct marketing, promotional, and advertising activities
- Comply with legal obligations
Profile information and user-submitted content may be used for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes consistent with our Terms.
Where artificial intelligence tools are used, they operate under human oversight and are not used to make automated decisions affecting individuals.
Marketing communications
We may send:
- Administrative messages
- Account-related communications
- Service announcements
- Marketing emails
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email. Transactional or account-related messages may still be sent as necessary.
Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information:
- With authorized personnel and moderators
- With service providers supporting hosting, payment processing, analytics, email communications, and platform operations
- In connection with marketing or promotional activities consistent with our Terms
- When required by law or legal process
User-generated content may be visible to other members of the platform.
De-identified and aggregated data
We may create de-identified and aggregated data from information on the platform — for example, statistics, trends, rankings, and cohort-level insights that do not identify any individual. “De-identified” means we have removed or obscured identifiers so the data cannot reasonably be used, alone or in combination, to identify a person. We may use, retain, and disclose or license de-identified and aggregated data to third parties — including partners, sponsors, advertisers, and researchers — for purposes such as research, analytics, product development, marketing, and commercial offerings. We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified data, and we contractually require recipients not to re-identify it. Because de-identified and aggregated data does not identify you, we do not treat it as personal information.
We never include the data of children under 13 (who are not permitted on the platform). For minors aged 13–17, we exclude individual-level data from any disclosure for advertising or sponsorship unless a parent or guardian has given specific, separate, opt-in consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Community participation and coaching disclaimer
Level Field Hub may host live coaching sessions, workshops, training discussions, and instructional content provided by contributors or members.
Participation in sports, training, or physical activity carries inherent risks.
Content shared during coaching sessions or community discussions reflects the opinions of the individual contributor and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice from Summit Advisory, LLC.
Users assume full responsibility for participation and any resulting outcomes.
Data security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
While we take appropriate steps to reduce risk, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data retention
We retain information:
- For the duration of your membership
- As necessary to provide services
- As required for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes
User-submitted content may be retained and used consistent with our Terms even after account termination.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion, subject to legal or contractual obligations
- Object to certain processing activities

International data transfers
If information is transferred across jurisdictions, appropriate safeguards are applied consistent with applicable legal requirements.
