Terms of use

The rules for using Level Field Hub. Plain language where we can manage it; precise where we have to.

Effective date: March 17, 2026 · Summit Advisory, LLC dba Level Field Hub · Wyoming.

Sections marked “Draft — pending legal review” are proposed additions for the Level Field Combine product and are awaiting counsel approval.

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.levelfieldhub.com and any related services, content, features, communities, events, or programs operated by Summit Advisory, LLC, doing business as Level Field Hub (“LFH,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Community Tennis Associations (“CTAs”) are additionally subject to Section 19.

Section 1

Eligibility

Draft — pending legal review

Level Field Hub is open to individuals 13 years of age and older.

Children under 13 may not create or hold their own account. A parent or legal guardian may create and manage a Level Field Combine account on behalf of an athlete under 13; the athlete does not receive their own login until they turn 13.

By using the platform, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older, and that if you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian owns the account and has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Note to counsel: this section replaces the prior “at least eighteen (18) years old … does not permit minors under any circumstances” language to reflect that the platform now serves minors aged 13 and older, and — through a parent-managed Combine account — athletes under 13.

Section 2

Account registration and security

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

LFH may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

Section 3

Membership fees and payment terms

  • All fees are charged in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable
  • No credits or prorated reimbursements

You are responsible for canceling before renewal.

Section 4

Minor accounts and parental responsibility

Draft — pending legal review
  • A minor may use the platform only through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Athletes 13–17 may have their own login within the parent-owned account. Athletes under 13 do not receive a login and are managed entirely by the parent or guardian.
  • Activating a minor's account includes a one-time $1 charge to a parent or guardian's card. Charging a card and notifying the account holder is one of the verifiable parental-consent methods the FTC recognizes under COPPA, and we apply that same standard to confirm a real parent is approving the account. The $1 is non-refundable and is not a subscription.
  • The parent or legal guardian is responsible for the minor's use of the platform, including supervising communications with coaches.
  • A parent or legal guardian may review, manage, or request deletion of the minor's account and information at any time.
Section 5

User content and ownership

  • You do not retain ownership rights
  • You grant LFH a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license
  • LFH may use your name and likeness
  • You confirm you have rights to the content
  • LFH has no obligation to publish content
Section 6

Moderation and discretionary authority

  • Review, edit, or remove content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Restrict access to features

All moderation decisions are final.

Section 7

Community standards and prohibited conduct

  • No illegal content
  • No harassment or threats
  • No impersonation
  • No intellectual-property violations
  • No misleading information
  • No system circumvention
  • No disruptive behavior
Section 8

Coaching and professional disclaimer

All coaching and advice:
